I do not know if there is an official limit on the number of pace cars at one race but, if there is, I suspect that this group is dangerously close.

Chris and a bearded stranger count the pace cars and discuss what might be holding things up.

At last cars are rolling. I never could get around this guy in front of me but, on the other hand, I was never passed.

Standing on the corner. Watching all the cars go by.
I'm on the left; Fred Amundrud on the right.

Ah ha! That must be the real pace car. And that looks like one of the real competitors. Maybe he will pass somebody.

It seems I wasn't the only guy from Cincinnati with a car on the track.
